gaslighter not working

I have purchased gas lighter pizio from air force canteen NOIDA.2-3 month back it is not functioning properly lot of gas is wasted. ihd lodge complaint one month back I received call from area manager mr srivastava from lknow UP stating that their local persone will rewplace my gas lighter with in one week but to my surprise after one month had passed on body had visited my home IT FOR ALL THAT THEY SHOULD NOT USE ANJALI PRODUCT AS THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
