[Resolved]  Ansal API: Europa Cancelled — Cancellation of 1bhk flats

Ansal API had launched a project in year 2009 by project name : EUROPA.at Kundli, Sonipat.
They offered the buyer 1BHK flat at approximetely 15 lacs. I had booked a flat on resale in May 2010.
But now in July 2011 company has withdrawn the 1BHK project.

There was no initimation for the customer. It was told that plans were rejected by government authorities.
How fair is this ????????
