Ansal API - Megapolis — withheld of document

I have booked a villa in megapolis May 2010 however even after a year Ansal has failed to provide masterplan due to which I am not able to get disbursement from bank home loan...this is attracting 17% interest.. till date noone from ansal is responding......

I am following up with Subuddhi from Ansal at GN.
