I have got installed APC 850VA inverter on 19.02.2010. After installation the engineer who came for installation has checked only tubelights and other appliances except fan. After he left when the BESCOM power cut there switched over to inverter power, we noticed the humming sound. The same was complained to the call centre. Their service engineer had come and said nothing can be done. I requested to rectify this problem, but he said he is helpless.
Having paid Rs. 14, 100/- we expect the smooth functioning of the inverter. But we never expected such a kind of service from APC. Instead I could have gone for a local inverter. I hope the APC keeping in mind their reputation will come forward to rectify our problem.
