Dear sir,
I had purchased an invertor APC MODIL 800V, from Digitec, Bangalore on 30/04/2009,
After purchase there was no annual maintanance from the company, after repeated mails, a repre esentitative visited the premises after 6 months, but, again from one week invertor is not functioning, I complained in their toll free contact.
Today (01/07/09) one of the personnel visited my house, but, his knowledge was so poor lthat he could not find out whether the invertor is defective or the battery and he left without doing anything and telling my wife he will visit tomorror.
Now, my question is, when they have not visited for the anuual maintanance during the warranty period will they not under deficiency of service and they should be liable any cost for replacement of defective parts.
Plese take up the matter with the abvove company and instruct them to attend the r
grieveence at the earliest.
