Hence the APCPDCL is cutting they power in bowenpally at morning 7.30 am-9.00 am this time is very important to citizens b coz ladies have to make breakefast and lunch box and we have to ready for office and in every single house we cant have generater how can we come out of this problem government is not thinging of this morning power cut make dificulty to poeple?
