Mr.ramesh came to our home today to take a details of load , and after that he misbehaved in our house with vulgour language and when we asked to explain about the loads and the tariff , he simply saying that there is no need to explain all that , and he filled the form first and later he asked signatures from us with harsh words , his way of behaviour not @ all looks like a AE . We doubt on him whether he is a real AE or not. We asked why dont u explained before when u fulfill all the form for load , for that he said that he will cut our connection, and there is no proper reason for his talking . He went on to road by saying big big bad words and its ashame to us for being in to that situation, while we are paying our bills properly, why he behaved like that ,

I HAVE COMPLAINTED A COMPLAINT ON 15.6.11 ON MR.K.RAMESH AE AND HIS MISBEHAVIOR IN OUR HOUSE AND COMPLAINT NUMBER IS :- ELU[protected]/4
AS WE WENT TO CHECK THE STATUS TODAY, WE FOUND THAT THERE IS FALSE RECTIFICATION

1. FIRST OF ALL YOU CHECK OUR SUBJECT MENTIONED AS IT IS A MISBEHAVIOR OF AE IN OUR HOUSE AND HIS HARSH WORDS OF DISCONNECTION OF OUR CONNECTION { SERVICE NO : [protected] }

2. WE STATED THAT WHEN WE ARE PAYING BILLS PROPERLY WHY HE USED HARSH WORDS AND BAD WORDS OF DISCONNECTION OF OUR SERVICE

3. WHY HE CANT EXPLAIN LOADS & TARIFFS WHEN HE CAME TO A CUSTOMER

4. WHY HE NOT CARRIED HIS IDENTITY CARD SHOWING THAT HE IS A E

THERE IS NO EXPLANATION FOR ALL ABOVE POINTS IN UR RESOLUTION

AND MORE OVER WE ARE DIVIDED FAMILY AND HAVING A SEPARATE PORTIONS FOR ALL { YOU ONLY STATED THAT IN YOUR RESOLUTION } , SO, WHY YOU ARE CLUBBING ALL SERVICES NUMBERS IN YOUR RESOLUTION WHEN WE ARE GIVING A COMPLAINT BY QUOTING OUR SERVICE NUMBER NO : [protected]

AND IN YOUR RESOLUTION ITSELF THERE IS NO EXPLANATION ABOUT ANY THING TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED SERVICE NUMBER [protected] INSTEAD OF EXCESS LOAD .

WE COMPLAINTED ABOUT MISBEHAVIOR OF AE IN OUR HOUSE , NOT ABOUT EXCESS LOAD , WE ASKED HIM TO EXPLAIN ABOUT TARIFFS AND LOADS DETAILS , FOR THAT , HE GIVEN A HARSH REPLY IN MY HOUSE AND IN FRONT OF YOUR LINE MAN VENKATARAJU { NO IDENTITIY CARD } ON ROAD ALSO , SO MANY PERSONS SAW HIS BEHAVIOR ON ROAD

AND AS YOU MENTIONED NO PERSON WITH THE NAME B.KUMARASWAMY , LI/POWERPETA VISITED OUR HOUSE DURING INSPECTION, ONLY ONE PERSON MR.RAMESH , { AS WE EARLIER SAID WE DONT KNOW WHICH RAMESH AND THERE IS NO PROPER ANSWER IN YOUR RECTIFICATION } [ AS HE NOT CARRIED HIS IDENTITY CARD WITH HIM DURING HIS INSPECTION ] , SO, THAT STATEMENT ALSO VERY VERY FALSE STATEMENT :- At the time of inspection Sri. B.Kumaraswamy, LI/Powerpeta and the consumer family members are also present


AS MR.RAMESH WENT ON ROAD BY SAYING BAD WORDS AND SHOUTING ON DISCONNECTION THROUGH HIS MOBILE PHONE , WE ARE DISCUSSING ABOUT HIS HARSH BEHAVIOR AND LATER LINE MAN VENKATARAJU { NO IDENTITIY CARD } CAME TO OUR HOUSE ALONG WITH MR.RAMESH AND TOOK SIGNATURES BY FORCE ON BLANK PAPERS WHICH IS AGAINST OF HUMAN RIGHTS

SO, WE WANT CLEAR CUT EXPLANATION OF THE BEHAVIOR OF MR.RAMESH { IF HE IS A AE OF YOUR DEPARTMENT }

IF YOU DONT WANT TO GIVE EXPLANATION OF OUR SERVICE NUMBER [protected] MISBEHAVIOR , WE WILL GO FURTHER STEPS WHICH ALREADY WE SAID IN PHONE TALK TO RESPECTED SE N.PRASAD GARU & RESPECTED DE CH.SATYANARAYANA REDDY GARU

WE ARE CLARIFYING ONCE AGAIN , WE ARE NOT AGAINST TO PAY FOR EXTRA LOAD, WE HAVE COMPLAINTED ABOUT MISBEHAVIOR OF MR.RAMESH IN OUR HOUSE

AND LAST NOT BUT LEAST AS YOU HAVE MENTIONED IN ALL YOUR ADVERTISEMENTS :-
