[Resolved]  Apex Services Lucknow — Not getting personal fund

Dear team,

I was working in the apex services payroll but placed at wipro ltd mumbai through contract basis, i had left the apex company before one year back. Two times i had sent the pf forms to their lucknow head office and also from their request i had sent one hdfc cancelled check but still now pf does not deposited in my account, my last working day in this company was 5th may 2011. My pf number is up/28474/4905.
Company address is a-2/30, vijay khand, gomti nagar, and lucknow – 226010.
