Apollo Tyres Ltd — Manufacturing defect-Abnormal swelling (phool gaya)

Sir, i purchased a apollo tyre for my i20 car 185-65-R14 86H, serial no 3211 E4 0230207 C[protected], DA-4250 CA 3805 MK-L13B. During its running of 2000 kms the said tyre starts showing abnormal sweeling. I gave this tyre to the local dealer M/s Aggarwal Tyres, Bus stand Road, Charkhi Dadri but he refused to replace the tyre on some flimsy grounds and also said that the company had refused to accept the claim.
