BIG TV — Big Tv got installoed but never works

My mother bought BigTv and after couple of days finally the guy came and installed in Warangal, AndhraPradesh (India) and here is her Reference #[protected] and her cell # [protected]. She got the satellite installed on Sep 15th 2008 and since then she had issues getting the channels, just blank screen come up and when she calls the technician guy, he says that he will come an fix and doesn’t come to fix the satellite. When she calls the customer care, they say that they will fix the issue and you are in line and nobody shows up. This is causing a big inconvenience to my mom.

Can you fix it or else could you refund her money back and take the satellite connection off, so that I can order other company’s satellite.

No responsible person is there to look after the customer service in BIG TV. for the last four days i have been trying to get installed BIG tv in my house but to my shock there were number o[censored]nnecessary & nonsense follow up calls by the BIG TV employees whic are of no use . Their technicians came ystday to my house and just left a set top box . they informed my wife that the dish will be installed tomorrow,
today they came to install but they found that the set top box was out of order . now they started fighting with some body over mobile . the person that side switched off his mobile. My wife was watching the whole episode. she got irritated and just asked them to go away with their "TAAM JHAAM".
so this is the BIG TV . NAAM BADE AUR DARSHAN CHHOTE. in fact the company should take care of
down line people who are responsible for the customer dealings.
by the way I have now decided not to go for BIGTV.

I purchased Bigtv 15 days back and now within 10 days the dish is folded to a piece of garbage.It flew away on a rainy day and now they are asking money to replace it.The customercare service is so bad that do not know anything about companies policies.I am surprised to see that such a big group as ANILAMBANI's, produce such bad quality.

i am also facing the same problem. what is the solution. i am from chennai. Is it a cheating company?

i am quit happy with the help and information i got regarding my Big TV Connection, from APPCO i spoke to one gentle man, by the name of Marvyn Dias who connected me to the right department in order to help to get my account activated, thanking you APPCO Marketing.

but tat is not at all the problem, u can speak to the Appco people directly...
appco isthe india leading marketing group ...
no one even from the appco can cheat the customer.
the thing is the communication barrier ...

so speak with the appco people directly ur problem will be solved in no time.

its a fake company. they run by various names.. In pune they run by NEHA GUSAIN and Suneet shukla. In delhi they run by lady named ASHA SINGH.

I have bought a connection of big tv from ms.asha singh, i really dont understand that y u ppl are complaining against appco if it is fraud company i dont think they would run the business with reliance for such a long time. I am sure its the communication gap between you and the executive. I am very much happy with the service and the help i got from asha singh who is looking after the big tv installation in delhi. Thank you Asha and thank you APPCO, if possible pls sort out these people's problems as well. They look really very frustrated.

two weeks back (on 02/04/2010) one of the marketing agents from APPCO(pune), Mr. jijvar came to us and explained us about an inroductory offer to give Reliance Big TV connection and a took a cheque for Rs. 1490/- in favour APPCO. Since then, there is no information either from APPCO or Big TV.when i call the agent he says we will pri=ovide the connection soon &now he is not picking the phone tell me wat to do????????????

If APPCO is doing such a worst marketing then Why Relience BIG TV is not stopping this.
As this comes indirectly to Relience...
Why they have given permission to APPCO for Relience BIG TV sales?
Relience should take action on this...

But ur name is being tarnished by ur sister company APPCO Marketing I
pune.
I was surprised to see so many complaints on internet which show they
are either involved in CHEATING business or somebody totally useless is
heading the company here.
When so many complaints are on internet & u are also not aware means u
are responsible for this bungling to some extent.
My request is to read seriously what is being written on internet &
take immediate action to check this rot& refund money of persons
aggrieved with interest.
I paid Rs.1490 to m/s Appco marketing rep ms POOJA vide hdfc bank cq no
87289 on 12 th SEP 2010.Inspite of 50 complaint calls I did not get my
BIG TV installed. Then ms POOJA just swiched off her phone no
[protected] permanently.I had to purchase other companies DISH after 2
months black out of TV viewing of my family.
Then I searched internet for address of the company & could not find it
but saw ur website.
Hope u’ll get me back my money or I’ll have to take legal action.

978561 on 14 th November 2010.Inspite of several calls I have not got my
BIG TV installed. Couple of times Shri Pawan had responded to my calls to his mob. phone (No.[protected]).Thereafter he just swiches off his phone or wont pick up. Once I called him from another landline, and the he attended the call and told me that the office would call me back. Then there is no response yet. The chque in question has already been cleared by M/s Appco on 18.11.2010. I searched internet for address of the company & could not find it, but saw ur website and surprised to see several similar complaits agaist Appco. Would you please help all o[censored]s the affeted parties in tracking out this apparently 'bogus" agent for BigTV.

i inderpal kaur, have deposited cheque no 050022 dt 13.09.10 from allahabad bank of delhi to your represwentative mr. akhilesh kr..for installation of big tv in -add-B-208, rail vihar, sec- 45, faridabad haryana, i stopped to install till nov.10 end. but after that i have spoken many times to cc at mum but no solution has been done till date . i am fed up making complaints to cc and mr. akhilesh. either refund my amount or install as per contract within two days, inform me immediately.my e-mail is [protected]@yahoo.com.

I did not know how can all these illegal are been going on since last 1 year that what i knew. May be it is for more than that.What are all police doing?. I feel that atleast one should be very beware of these fake companies and all. Do not waste your precious time with these rubbish companies.I had worked with this company with two days. I was little bit doubtful from starting.But just want to check, as it was a possibility that it is true company. To be very thankful to my GOD that i applied my mind over all and found that this company is not reliable.They show all canditates bright dreams to become Branch Manager in 1 year.
You guys tell me can it be possible. And do not let them use your name, to be corrupt between the public.

I didnot know how can fresh graduate trap with these compnaies. They didn't provide any offer letter nor any thing else. They also didnt provide any satisfactory answer when I asked about salary. We all are the builder of India, so please do not waste your career and time with these rubbish and useless compnies and any mail you get first of all check it throughly and then visit for any interview.

Reliance Big TV — Not installed after four month cheque debited

Mr. Gaurav came to my house and told me there is a scheme for you to get a Reliance Big TV connection, I gave him a cheque amount of Rs.1390/-in October 2010. He told me that within a week we will get the connection, my Canara bank cheque no. 632683 for Reliance Big TV debited after three days and no one came to my house for install the Big TV connection. I complaint to their customer care toll free number many time but result is zero. Then another girl named Pallavi came to my house with same offer I explained her my problem she assure me that she will do convey my problem to her seniors. I called her many times and her seniors but still no one came to my house and I'm still waiting for them. Now they are not available on phone also. Gaurav Mobile - [protected], Pallavi Mobile - [protected] and her senior Mr. Pawan - [protected] they all works for APCO marketing those marketing for Reliance BiG TV.

I shall be very thankfull, if you kindly take nessesorry action against them.

We had a very high regard to the Reliance Industries, but all this has proved wrong after we have delt with Reliance Big TV connection. We had subscribed to Big TV offer on 20/3/2011 and the Appco agent Mr. K.Vivek ([protected]) had promissed to install the Dish within 2 days of the cheque relisation, which got cleared on 26/03/2011. But till date it has not been installed nor there is no response from the agent (Mr. K. Vivek) in spite of continously calling him also. We have paid for 2 Dish TV connections each Rs 1490/-. The cheque No. 0274159 & 062014. This is really not fair for the company like reliance and we feel this kind of things will damage the Company Image. If they are not able to fullfill the order they should have called back the customer and inform about the dealy or they should have returned back the money. We are located in Vidyaranyapura bangalore. My contact number [protected]. Hope you will react immediately and let me know the status.
