One company named Appco India Pvt Ltd located in India-Mumbai-Andheri is taking huge amount of Donations in the name of your charity by visiting door to door and telling all the lies in order to get donations. I just want to make sure that it reaches you or not. Actually i went for an interview and was called for another day for second round at appco. They were doing monkey business "doing things in a crazy way for cheating people out of their money" at that day you are given a a chance to go out with a person/lead who will evaluate you by putting in stressful situations. First my lead took me to a restaurant and started explaining about appco SBU {Subsidiary Business Unit} few of them which is Entertainment, Insurance, Charity, Customer Service where they brief about it while making sure they make you feel charity is the best SBU you can work in. Then they tell you that in just 5 steps you can be a Manager and handle your own SBU based on performance and if you are too good you just need 5-6months to become a manager. Later the lead took me to a posh society and said just walk-in and ignore the security. After which she took me to a flat and i was blown out when she started his Sympathy filled charity speech. I have no problem with that because that's the way people donate now days.


LIE No 1: But i got angry when she said we are bunch of guys from your society doing something good for a cause, she repeated that at each and every door and tried to sympathize the donor by telling things like instead of giving 5-10Rs to a poor you should make one time investment of 10000Rs - 20000Rs {100-250 Euros} and if they can over that too they accept donations but there was no minimum limit. They said things like poor people eat from garbage cans which is true but why was she lying that we are bunch of friends who have taken this initiative to raise donations for AGE Old. We went to almost 50-60 doors and she said the same lie of we being from your locality or from this society. Why would she lie if she represent you / your organization "HelpAge", why not just say it directly.


LIE No 2: While walking into a building she would take a look at the notice board {A board on which everyone name is written corresponding to flat no}and take a random person name and say we have talked with him regarding this and he showed his interest.


LIE No 3&4: We have talked with everyone in this building but in reality we haven't yet. For salesman this can't be said as a lie but a marketing phrase. The forth lie she said was that she has got your reference from some other society or school or someone "named xxx" but in reality most people said they don't know any such person or don't work in any school.


The luck Factor: She said in each and every speech that we have completed 496 donations and just waiting for the last 4 donations to which one person filled the form which she had for donations and gave her a check worth[protected] Rs{aprx20-50 Euros}. The cheque was a crossed cheque in the name of HELPAGE. Later at that door she said we have completed 496 donations and we need more 4 even after getting a check.


The Unlucky Factor: As it was a posh society most of the people were highly educated so they asked whether you have the permission to enter the society for such a cause?? they said to her to write an application and come after it's approval but we continued and got another cheque of Rs.700 {aprx.10 Euros} but she used the "reference trick" that some of "donor" friend or known person gave us your contact to which after giving the check she tried to call her and came to know that no such reference was given. Later we were stopped by security guards and i was feeling insulted, even before i felt disgusting when she was lying shamelessly. Then the security guard shouted at us and took the Rs.700 cheque on the demand of the owner. Soon we were thrown out of the society after a huge brawl between her and the security guard but i was shocked because she didn't had a bit of shame after such an activity, most likely because it was their day to day job and they had get used to it.


The signal: We were told that it will be your test as how you cope with a situation you will be deliberately put on. And i thought all this lies and the security thing and no prior society permission was a part of my test, so i maintained a clam.


The But Factor: But after being thrown out she told me that such situations occur and you should stay calm and she took me to another society a little far away. But before entering i asked her do you have the permission for this society at-least to which obviously she doesn't. I went with her because we all new management trainee were suppose to left our belongings at the office and now i was in a locality far away and it was my first time over there. I wanted to finish this and go back to the office and say it to their face that they are lying to everyone and i don't want to do this job, and also their higher level employee were energetic and abusive so i rarely had any chances of arguing with them on their lies. But as we were wrapping up she told me to do the last few presentations, but i refused as i didn't want to get involved in it at all. I told her i would say the truth that we are a authorized{god knows} Direct Sales person for HELPAGE. Later i went to an argument and i left.


The Verdict: HelpAge was a good cause for supporting Elderly people but the problem was that the staff at Appco Group India were wearing good clothes and had people from educated background and were spending a lot of money on their clothing makeup and infrastructure. Their Higher Level work staff was an overconfident and a abusive person saying abusive words. They were having XBOX 360 and at the start of the day they played loud music and motivated the crowed of the leads. Energizing them to bring the best in them for lying to educated people.
The Conclusion: I have read and heard about this company online after i went back home. They are allegedly being told for lying to customers in various SBU's, they are taking a 60%-80% of the amount received from donor and distributing among themselves from low designation to high designation employee. Most of the employee allegedly haven't received their salary as it's a sales based job, if you do sales then only you get paid.


For HelpAGE: Please make sure that the money donated to this reaches to you. I mean the entire amount they took from citizens. Later you should pay APPCO GROUP INDIA a part of it. Please all the people do a research on the working of this company "APPCO GROUP INDIA" and then only donate. I would suggest you all to better do an online payment or visit one such HElPAGE center.

i cleared ma first round nd thy told me that the hr will call u i[censored] gt selected. i gt the call 4m the hr nd thy called me xt day ... thy asked me to go along vth sum employee as my leader for knowing and learning Wat exactly i have to do... v went to every1ce house nd thy were saying that v r 4m mtnl and tata company ... nd 4m 1 house he even collected a cheque.. i sumhw didnt find it rght nd i even told the manager thast m nt interested in marketting n selling so plz i[censored] have ny other post plz let me knw...

I very much agree to you arguments. My friend was an ex employee at this fake organisation and saw all the ill effects of this menance. They usually targets the Catholic family represeting as though the Parish Priest has sent them and Parsees community as a whole. Hence i would urge all ya friends to share this bad news.

The money what they say does not go for any Charity but it goes in their party.

My Advice is if you wanna see a Deprived Childs better future. do all by your self with your hard earned money rather than signing off cheques to such .

Its all fake and i wonder its still in operational since 2005.

Hey today i went to the company for the interview via monster.com and in the job portal that they did not mention their website... When i went to they their new office @ CBD Belapur @ SPHINX GROUP, 2ND FLR. SAI CHAMBERS, OFFICE NO-208, PLOT-44, SEC-11, CBD BELAPUR, NAVIMUMBAI. they gave me a form for the same and filled it. Initially the guy called 6 o[censored]s and asked whether we are OK with marketing and said we will b trained into all the verticals like > FINANCIAL SERVICES
> UTILITIES
> SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT
> CHARITIES
and after that for about 1.5 hours he explained that they cannot keep the same BRAND Name Appco for different companies under them and hence their company name is SPhinx...and that they are into client servicing...and gave us the website www.appcogroup.com

and then there was a personal interview for name sake and I Still feel this is not a genuine company though i hv not gone for the job. PLz suggest is the same company which the above guys are talking about.

Hi everyone all companies operating under appco group are total fraud
1) they will select just about anyone irrespective of their education and performance in interview
These companies have interviews almost every wek and cheat people by telling that they will be trained in various aspects of business, whereas all I have to do is go house to house like a beggar
2) they will tell salary 14k-18k...but in reality u get 100rs per form sold that i[censored] sell even 50 in a month iwill earn only 5000
3) they lure people by telling that after the 5 levels of training u will start ur own business supported fully by appco

Pls pls don't ruin ur career by joining any appco associated company unless u r really interested in door to door selling and hearing people's abuses.if they really are helping NGO'S they can take clothes, food etc. And give these are just sweet liers...BEWARE

they are fake the boss named roma is a total fake and abusive person..no 1 she is what the hell does she think of herself running a fake company blitzkreig and cheating people! i had gone there and they made me beg to people for donation in a 'sophisticated way'. ..please ppl dont go there 1st research about the company on net and only then go..police should take a legal action against such fake cheaters..and the roma singh is just too much she looks like a ghost

Ya even i had gone for the interview of Blitzkrieg Advertising at Navi Mumbai...It is just a ...u will have to walk like beggars through out the day & tell so much lies play with people emotions who really care about the society and give donations...please guys beware of this Blooody ROMA businesshead B..tch ...one girl named Kiran Garewal who took me and another boy to MIDC saying she will show us the most challenging day of our life...
She took us in the car..and then in posh cafe...started asking about the company..blahhhh then actual picture started when she went for asking donations in the name of CIF(CONCERN INDIA FOUNDATION) she was fooling the proprietors of MIDC by saying About SATYAMEVA JAYATE...bulllshit she was taking the advantage of the show satyameva jayate...after receiving sheque she used to ask the name of proprietors nearby so that she can go there to fool around she used to ask the first name...u may wonder why??????? she said every person even the security guard knows the persons surname but selected people know persons first name ...because of which he/she will entertain u...and she was good looking tooo...which was her greatest strength...she said to both o[censored]s that don't talk to the security guards they are of no use...talk to the director or the manager...
I would like to share one incident which happened that day...we went to a company named as ...i cants recollect th company name we were standing near the gate she rushed in (Kiran) started saying we are from CIF...security guards asked what is CIF????Do u have the appointment????she said I am Kiran garewal call ur manager in the phone shall speak to him they asked her visiting she..said ohhh i have given it for printing which i had heard 10 times during the day...then she asked for a paper and wrote her details & told the security guard that she is very poor in spelling can he tell his directors first name spelling...the security guard innocently told him...then after entering the office same dialogue of satyameva jayate...we are a buch of youngsters aiming to do something good for the society which i was tired of hearing because she was parroting this dialogue every where...I had never spoken so much lies in my life time...especially never ever fooled people...we all are never thought in our families...please guys who have shame & good respect will not join this co & destroy their career ...best of luck & BEWARE:-)

Day before yesterday I went for the interview after receiving a mail n I was called for aptitude test afterwards they told me that u hve to go field now in thane.athane.aft reaching thane she took me to a restaurant n explained me abt appco and its clients later on we moved to a building Ignoring the watchman as she told me to ignore the watchman we entered a building went to people door to door asking for charity some people were so rude that they seriously went on my nerves. It was a disgusting feeling. Den that day itself I got a call from dem that u r selected in their company.they called me next day for salary discussion n the hell broke out wen I got to knw that we have to do the same work everyday widout any off not even sunday.So I decided not to wowotk dere I am ignoring their calls now.

N really dat roma singh appered to me rude.she is very proudy as if she feels dat she is the only one woman entrepreneur.i dnt knw how the rest people dere were

Charity is no doubt a good thing that one can do..but people should themselves donate either in monetary form or just things rather than going door to door. I think blitzkrieg is just a fraud nothing else.

My sister also got a call from Blitzkreig from monster.com. She reached there... but then she realized this is the same company she had gone last year under the name 'oasis'. Last year also they had called for marketing executives then after selection, they said it is for selling tata sky boxes.

Thanks to this communication string, I asked her to leave the office and come back.

thanks guuys for ur opinion...i also got a mail from the same blitzkrieg company and i am not going to give an interview...thank u so much guys...keep posting for the fraud and fake companies
