The Apricot Technology is a fraud company. I also received an e-mail from those asking for upfront. I was ready to pay that at the time of signing the agreement but they wanted me to sign the agreement online however I wanted to sign it physically. They asked me to pay 20, 000 INR before going to their place & also denied of giving an option to sign the agreement physically. When I opposed them they started abusing me. This kind of behavior is quite enough to understand that they dont have business ethics. Please beware of them. The person I spoke to was Madhukar Bhattacharya. Just beware of any like him in Apricot Technologies...

Well, This is MADHUKAR BATTACHARYA strongly opposing the comments written here against me by His excellency Mr. ABHINAV. AJAY
The viewers of this page/comment please think twice ... A BPO center owner (Mr. Abhinav.Ajay) is not ready to pay a single penny for confirmation of signup meeting. I gave him our office address, Landline tele nos, website etc and invite to sign up here at our office.
Still this is OK. I cant pressure him, i agree.
But In the chat session on last friday...he suddenly told us cheater, called our MD (ABHINAV KAPOOR) a cheater, when i asked him to explain his adjective he called me . Not only that dear viewer, he is a COMMUNAL also...as because he uses some abusive languages also against the BANGALI CAST as i belong. lastly he went the chat session by saying..."[censored] OFF".
I dont know which SOCIETY he belongs but still requesting him to make his cool in future...as we are doing our business not against the cost of the respect, prestige of our parents/family. Without giving any sort of amount, having any type of deal he called us cheater, , and so on.
Dear ABHINAV.AJAY my suggestion to you that do not practice with anybody's patience in future by saying unnecessary abusive languages which indicate his or her parents, cast etc. Some day it may react badly. APRICOT TECHNOLOGY will not be effected by humans like u who can not justify their words and then use slangs. Thank You.

I agree with you all. The approach of Apricot Technology is totally unethical and unprofessional. They are promising us to give the technical support all the time but they are never found online in my last one month's communication with them. Every time we are to call them, we never get any reply from them. Even though they reply to our mails, it contains only few words. I have written many queries regarding work but till today all queries have remained unsolved. Their agent Rajesh Sharma is not picking up my phone now. If you call their office landline it is switched off. I know they have absconded and this guy Madhukar Bhattacharya is trying to be smart. This a message to everybody that let us come together and file a suite against this unethical/unprofessional person Abhinav Kapoor. Dear Abhinav, my advice to you that you become a beggar instead of becoming a fraud/criminal. Dear Rajesh Sharma /Abhinav Kapoor... well done... you have succeeded in fooling me but GOD is not going to spare you, you are never going to become a proud son, a proud brother, a proud husband, a proud father and a proud human being... on you...

What a smart game these guys played right. some person should go and visit wheather this company
is physically exist or not.

I paid initial upfront and asked them PAN and company registration number. He gave some execuses
and now these guys are absconding.

Any body please take the above numbers and check with airtel and tata indicom
i think they will definatly will have photo identity and some rental agreements of that company.
If any body able to find please send me the details.

I am checking with local lawyer in Bangalore to file a case against them. I will keep udpate you people.

Let us make this to big time fraud so that no people should cheat in the future any body.

Abhinav Kapoor has a bank account in Axis bank, if anyone has a connection in this bank, then we can get his photograph from the bank. we can publish a news article in news paper and can file a police complaint with the help of his photo which will support in his identification. anyone one else who has been cheated by this company please contact me.
