[Resolved]  Apspdcl — Rs 1400 charged for 0 units consumption

Sir i was charged Rs 1600 as electricity bill though i have not used even 1 unit of electricity for that month. It happend for 3 consecutive months(i.e. Jan, Feb and March 2013). When it was reported to the person who takes the meter reading in January, he told that meter was not working, so he is charging the same amount that is charged for Dec 2012. But even after reporting in January, we got same bill (Rs 1600) every month till March. I want to file a case on this so that the extra amount i paid for APSPDCL without consuming any electricity to be refunded.

We have already reported this in January in office located in mini bypass and also informed to person who is superintendent of Nellore district([protected]) but no proper response.

Please go through the attached document for details of last month bill. Check the open reading and close reading. there is no change in reading but they mentioned 360 units under net units. Please resolve it and se to that the extra amount paid is refunded.
