[Resolved]  Apsrtc — Money back

I booked the ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad in apsrtc website through my credit card, After total transcation the ticket is not generated and shown as " Transcation cancelled", and money is debited from my account, can you do the needful for the the below details.
