[Resolved] Apsrtc — Conductor not allowed to travel in the Bus without id proof as mentioned on the e-ticket while booking | |||
Could any know this? Complaint regarding : APSRTC (Garuda) Service No: 3877 (Bangalore - Vijayawada) on 11 June, 2011 ( 09:00 PM) I have booked ticket for my cousin (written SSC, came to bangalore for Polytechnic College Enqiry) with my PAN card as id proof. When we entered the Bus, One of the Driver asked to show e-ticket printout and id proof. Then he had a look and said that you booked ticket on your name, not valid for your cousin and not going to allow to get into the bus until and unless show id proof for my cousin OR Super visor (APRTC) sign on the ticket and you can ask the Super visor near to that bus. Finally they listed to the Driver what he said, use less. My Query is: Process followed by the Either Driver/Super visor are correct ? I lost Rs: 755/- because of this as i don' t have time to cancel and my cousin doesn't have any id proof as doesn't has. Let me know guys if any one faced similar issue, how it was resolved.
