[Resolved] Apsrtc — Web site not working | |
I Mr. Sudhakar babu booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Bangalore Ticket on 28/12/2009 and the details No. : 8969103 ,Service Code : 3872 ,Time of Departure: 17:30:00 Hrs. Unfortunately my travelling scheduled was changed to some other day and i plan to cancel the ticket one day before i.e., 27.12.09, when i went to internet cafe and trying to log in but hole day it is saying that service busy. i mailed to those people to cancel my ticket but no result fromt those people till now. Even i went to APSRTC -Mahatma gandi bus stand in Hyderabad and met Depo manager and said the same reason to him, he gave me some No: asking me to call and ask them to cancel from their side. but they unable to cancel my ticket. My Question is when customer booking and cacelling ticket there is no proper online services. sencondly the phone No is given on the web site are not working, if work aslo no one is not going to pick up the calls. The emails was provide is good, but whether all the queries are reaching to them or not. if yes where is the response. I lost my 826 including all the charges who is going to pay me... Somany people travelling from bangalore to Hyderabad and some other places if the web site is not working properly then who is responsible for this. I need answer fromt he APSRTC.
