[Resolved] Apsrtc — Refund of ticket money | |||
I have booked a ticket in APSRTC online portal. The portal went down after my booking of the ticket. I contacted the bus depo for information to cancel my ticket as the online portal was not working for which i couldnt find any solution. The solution given by them was there is no solution. After the portal was working after few days i learned to my surprise that all the previous data has been deleted. How is this acceptable ? I need my money refunded. Please find the ticket attached. On 11/03/2015 at14:25:48 hours I booked online ticket for journey on 12/03/2015 from vijayawada to Hyderabad
by Garuda .Though the transaction was successful ticket was not issued.The particulars of transaction are:
Service:3657 Time:10.30 AM
Ref No:[protected]
EBS payment ID:34513572
As no ticket was issued for personal reasons I decided to travel by their 14.30 service of GARUDA Plus service 3583
and booked ticket online.Ref.No.[protected] EBS payment ID 34513572 and reached Hyderabad.Now I have found that the fare amounting Rs 464/ for their service 3657 was charged to my SBI card account.
As I HAVE NOT PERFORMED JOURNEY ON THAT SERVICE DUE TO NON ISSUE OF TICKET AND PERFORMED BY A DIFFERENT SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY PLEASE ARRANGE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT
BY CREDIT TO MY CARD A/C.
