Amount dedected but ticket not booked
I was trying to book the ticket from S.r nagar to Samarlakota in apsrtc.in after selecting the set it been redirected to credit card payment where i have paid the amount. After comming back to apsrtc site i have got the page not found exception. I have checked the booke history it does not have my booked ticket but amount has been dedected from my card.Aps rtc refference no's OB127083, OB127112

Please let me know whom i need to contact reg this

I have signed up as an user for online bus reservation service offered by APSRTC over Internet, am facing a problem or else is this problem. When i login to book a ticket its popup's an error "Server is busy. Please try after sometime...sorry for the inconvenience ( code: MxUXCD )" I have been trying to book tickets but as soon as i login to book this error message pop's up and till now the message is same.

Due to some server error , my ticket was not booked. But money got deducted from my account. Pleas let me know whom to contact or way to refund money.

On October 9th 2010 I tried to book the tickets from tirupathi to chennai from APSRTC online booking service i.e (www.apsrtc.in), my money has been deducted from my ICICI account but the tickets not booked.
OB Ref number : OB456214

Day before yesteday i was tried to book e-ticket from chennai to v.k.padu with seat number 17 of CNI to KNGR service. after selecting the set it been redirected to credit card payment where i have paid the amount. After comming back to apsrtc site i have got the page not found exception. I have checked the booke history it does not have my booked ticket but amount has been dedected from my card. Again i have tried with the same ticket number. then ticket was booked and amount deducted from my card. Finally for single you people took the money two times. and one more thing i want say.. apsrtc online booking website is too worst.

On June 9th 2011 I tried to book the tickets from KPHB to Kuchipudi and Kuchipudi KPHB to from APSRTC online booking service i.e (www.apsrtc.in), my money has been deducted from my ICICI account but the tickets not booked.

BEWARE OF APSRTC ONLINE RESERVATION USING YOUR DEBIT CARD. I have booked and cancelled a ticket from Shamshabad Intl airport to Vijayawada using my bank debit card. I have been told that the cancellation refund will be credited within 2 to 3 weeks but it is almost more than a month since I cancelled ticket but not received the refund. And also, I have been charged twice for the same journey date for which I cancelled later. I wrote a detailed e-mail with all description but never received any acknowledgement or tracking number for the complaint e-mail I sent. I called customer service[protected] numerous times but they always advised me to e-mail the complaint and I did but never received any response for the e-mails.

iam working in uppal industrial estate my duty timing 2:30 to11pm ihave metro bus pass every month we are spending 655 rupees in pass so dear sir my request is yesterday iam waiting for 113M on uppal modern bakery bus stop so the bus driver did not stoped the bus at the stop the bus number AP11Z 6331 at 11.10pm so sir please i humbly request to take action against bus driver & the bus conductor. in morning there have other options like auto cabs but the night not have any other options . sir its not first time we are watching more time like that.
