hi sir, I am Manoj kumar. i'm booked a ticket on online from Kandukur to Hyderabad mgbs. But the transaction will be failed in middle money is debited in my account, But ticket will not be confirmed. I am trying second time also money will be debited but ticket not confirmed. I am Sandhya. I had booked 3 tickets from Naidupet to Bangalore on 8th Dec. Tickets were not confirmed and money got deducted from my Account. From Two weeks I am trying both apsrtc customer care and bank customer care. Bank people are saying that the money 1224 rs transferred to APSRTC Account and they have got the cheque also. Please kindly check and Update the status of my money. The details are as follows.
