[Resolved]  Aqua Guard — not done service in spite of repeated calls of booking complaint

Dear sir,

It is painful to say with regard to very poor status of "aquaguard twenty four hour service". Eventhough repeated calls have been made to [protected], for booking complaiants , no service personnel have been turned up for the past several months .In otherwords my aquaguard nova model water purifier is not working for the past several months which is still in AMC as on date. Ref No. [protected]: Customer No. [protected].

Necessary arrangements may please be made to rectify the machine otherwise , direct the concerned authorities to refund the amc amount with the cost mental agony given for the pase serveral months without using the purified water.

Aqua Guard — No proper Service after service contract

Company takes money for service contract and promises to replace the candle and carbon in fixed period. They very perticular or insist more for contract money. I have 2years contract, filter was replaced on 12 Nov 06 and it was to replaced again in Nov 2007. Instade service person informs no spares are available and shall be replced within one week. Company has replaced it on 9 May o8. The act of the company is against the service contract agreement. Since total service was not given in time, company should extend service period for the period of six months as a delayed service given.
Service personnel not coming for servising inspite of contract and paying Rs 800+ a year. Evey time we have to follow up.
I have Annual maitaineance Contract with Aqua guard for a Period of 3 years. I am very sorry that the service is very Pathetic.
I have Been making Call on[protected] from mid Feb a lady used to pick the Phone and assured me that Srvice engineer will come.
Then i got there alternative no[protected] where i spoke to another executive on 13th March 2009. he assured me to do the job on 20/3/2009. but till on 24/3/2009 this is not done.

Aqua Guard — No service

This company advertise itself with hifi and attractive headlines like "Smile Service" etc. etc. But there is not even a basic level of service being provided.
As happened, our source of drinking water is only this Aquaguard. At the fag end of becoming one year old it has started giving problems. Even after calling the service guys for two days no one has turned up yet.

Aqua Guard — uv lamp error

Problem in working of Aqua Guard : When start the power the light o[censored]v lamp on after that no process done by aqua guard. Please do the nrrdful because we are facing too muvh problem.

The seller of Aqua Guard namely M/s Sampark Service, Rai Market, Ambala Cantt. does not care to service the Aqua Guard purchased by me in spite of repeated reminders.

AquaGuard — No service in spite of AMC

I reside at Plot No. 1080/2762, Jagamohan Nagar, Bhubaneswar-751030. I have an acquaguard machine for which I have a subsisting AMC with your Company. I had encountered some problems with the machine and requested your Khandagiri Vihar Office (talked to Mr. Naba Mahapatra, who normally comes for fault repair) on 20th June to come and attend to the problem. He did not bother to come. Again, I lodged a complaint with that office over phone[protected] at around 8.00 AM today (23rd June). No body has attended to the fault repair job. I have doubts about the purity of water we consume from the machine.

Your slogan is WE CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH. Is it the way you care for our health? Is this your service? Why your Company asks for AMC? After the AMC, you fail to honour the service/maintenance contract! This is not expected of Eureka Forbes.

I am Unnikrishnan residing in Chennai and this is all about Eurekha forbes Aqua guard water filter and my horrible experience. The mail what i had sent to them is just reproduced below

Hi,

I am Unikrishnan and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I am using your
Reviva model water filter for the past 1 year and two months. Now the machine is
under AMC.

This is a real horrible experience after paying Rs 10000/- and again another
3600 for AMC.


Ever since i purchased this machine i am encountering the below problems.

1. Machine was delivreed but ht etechnician came for fitting the same after a
long follow up.

2, Instead of fixing th eMetero water membrance they have fitted Bore water
memebrane in blue colour because of which water was not tasty and TDS was on th
ehigher side.

3, No proper service even after placing the request.

Above all i am not in a position to drink water from this stupid machine of
yours for the past 10 days and my complaint is pending from your end from 13th
June 2011.

Yesterday i spoke to one Mr. Arun of you rcall centre, who was prompt in saying
that by today before 1200 hrs it will be done.


Nothing is going smooth hence i am esacalating to you. Probabaly i will be
escalating to your high profile seniors also shorlty. It could be even your
CEO.


I am just browsing the internet for more mail IDs.

Can you intevene before i escallate further escalaltions, else i may even go to
Consuemr redresal forum.

i have the aquagaurd product, raised complete on 25-oct. made more than 15 calls, only false promises. as of date no service engg. came for service even the give area manager saravanan ([protected]) is non responsive. if the company is not fit for service, then they should not sell annual maintenance and take consumer money to pockets.

is there a management efficient and fit enough to have governance?

will move to consumer forum. my dear consumers don't buy any product from this brand and serviced by eureka forbes
