I HAVE SHIFTED MY RESIDENCE FROM BHAYANDER TO KANDIVALI. BEFORE PAYING THE AMC I WAS PROMISED THAT EVEN IF I SHIFTED TO A NEW PLACE EUREKA FORBES WILL TAKE CARE OF THE MAINTAINANCE. nOW ITS OVER SIX MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT SERVICED MY AQUA GUARD. EVERY TIME I CALL THEM I HAVE PROMISED IT SHALL BE DONE SHORTLY. I REQUEST STRICT ACTION BE TAKEN AGAINST ALL SUCH COMPANIES WHO PROMISE SERVICES AND DO NOT KEEP THEIR COMMITTMENT , THINKING THE CONSUMERS ARE FOOLS. THEY COME FOR COLLECTION OF AMC WITHOUT CALLS OR REMINDERS. AND NOT FOR A SINGLE SERVICE EVEN AFTER SO MANY CALLS. MY AMC CUSTOMER CODE IS [protected].
