[Resolved]  Aquafresh Water Purifier — Worst Product

Water Purifier — Pumpset problem.

I was purchased Philips Water Purifier from Great Eastern Appliances (P) Ltd., 41C, NSC Bose Road, Kolkata-700 040 on 21/10/2009 having cash memo No.TG/CM/02411/09-10 dated 21/10/2009.
Problem:-
Due to less pressure filtered water is coming slowly. Kindly arrange to install one pump set as free installation facility is there at present.

I purchased Aquafresh water purifier system last weak from ONS Home Appliances, SCO 157, Sector, 45-c, Chandigarh. It is leaking badly and the worst part is no one is attending the phones. Since last three days no one is coming to attend the problem. Only one weak before i purchase this WORST product.

i from chandigarh I installed and purchased one aquafresh RO+UV in Nov'11from M/s Kaushal sec 45 Chandigarh, but it started giving problem. After three months firstly water was not filtered after calling many times one executive came after fifteen day but the problem was not rectified properly and then after fifteen days they rectified the proble. now all water is coming out from the filter and water is not filtered at all. we lodged complaint two months before, despite different calls many time no one came to rectify the same. it is very difficult for us to boil and drink water during monsoon i agree with the complainer, aqua fresh only deal with selling not giving service. i also suggest everyone not to purchase aqua fresh.

Aqua fresh RO is a duplicate product. I purchased it for 7000/- in 6 months the motor was gone.I paid and got it repaired. in another couple of months the main part membrane is not working. So i want to change the membrane so they are charging for it. I am ina trauma. Please advice.

Aqua fresh RO is the worst product in market. Please don't buy Aqua fresh RO. After 3 months it's not working at all. I purchased it from New Asian Shopping Network SCO 92/2 Sector-45 C Chandigarh

Even they didn't reponse to your lots of phone calls and now they are making excuse like service agent is having vehicle problem, Service agent is in other city today, Service agent is on leave today. This kind of funny exceses they are making to me.

Can anyone please suggest how can I register a compaint against them?

I am calling them since last 4 days and still no visit from them.

i too think that it is worst product with company. The dealer who sold me UV filter not responding to my calls. The engineers who are deputed are baseless and technically qualified. They even can not hang it properly on the walls.
In my opinion if you want to buy it please ignore.

My father purchased 2 pieces of this purifier 6 months back after purchasing water leaks badly and when we cal the person to com and check and he charged money for that so what kind of warrenty they are providing. and after 10-15 days it again start creating problem and again we cal them but
nobody is responding. and again after 2 months we cal them and they said we did not got any complaint from ur side they mean customer is lying that purifier is not working at all.
ITS THE WORST AND THIRD CLASS COMPANY WITH NO RESPECT FOR THE CUTOMERS.

Aquafresh is baddest to treat customer's even they just come on time to have money nothing else they want from customer i am calling them again and again for service this purifier from January but they always reply our employee will come tomorrow now i am damn frustrated from them what should i do now

I also bought Aquafresh (RO+UV) last year. Few months later, it stopped working and upon call they took my Aquafresh back to their office and did not come back for many days.After a number of calls, one executive came with another piece of Aquafresh and installed at home.
Now again, when it stopped working, we called them. One executive came and from him we came to know that they installed only RO instead of RO+UV though the outer cover has tag of RO+UV. They replaced our product without letting us know. They are the biggest cheaters.

At least one month passed that we are trying to call them and add UV candle but no one is coming and always getting the same response as our executive will come tomorrow.

Can anyone suggest where should I approach so as to sort out this problem?
