service poor,no reciepts given for payments
we have an amc with eureka forbes for our water purifier amc no 0017812562 expiring on 31/8/12, i lodged a complaint on 7/5/12 complaint no 66604692 , iwas told that it will be attende to in 24 hrs but after two days a technician land up as there was no electricity supply ,was promised to return ilater in the day but no one turned up , so i lodged another complaint on 15/5/12 no 66691329 , when the technician arrived he wanted to chnge the carbon filter for which i was asked to pay rs 280/- he had no record of when the filter was chnged and no job card nor a receipt was given for the amount paid.
the after sales maintainance seems like we are at their mercy, they are rude, non compliant, no receipts given for money received, they do not come for regular checkups, come only on call basis, and dont bring job cards to show us what they done so far. i feel the whole contract is an eye wash and taking us for a ride.
what should we do except complain and no action is taken.
