[Resolved]  Aquasure Water Purifier — Filtering Issue, Mechanism is not working

Recently in month of Oct, 30th 2011, i bought Aqua sure Amrit from Authorized dealer Vijay Sales in Ulhasnagar. Its not even 2 months i am facing filtration issues, water is not purifying even after changing or washing the mechanism installed inside. I lodged a complain on 18th Jan and till now getting false promises as a technician will assist you soon. my phone is [protected]. complain number[protected]. Spoke to many representatives,supervisors and one of the Consumer representative gave me Mahek Enterprises no as [protected],who can resolve. But nobody pick up the call.

Let me know if you are ready to resolve the issue or should i move to consumer court. I AM FED UP.
