Dear sir, I have booked one gift from rediffmail.com in first week on feb 2009, and same has been couired by aramex courier Mumbai from Sheetal diamond mumbai. i have mailed and called them so many times, but till now they are unable to give my gift and unable to give the status. sheetal diamonds say contact to aramex and aramex say that contact to sheetal diamond. I am attaching the mail correspondance below between me and aramex and sheetal diamond mumbai. please help me out to get my gift. We have sent one material through Aramex representive Om Courier Services. Docket No.[protected] .Material is delivered but as per our customer they have not recieved the Road Permit which was given with material at the time of dispetch .Please do the needful as early as possible .
