[Resolved] Aramex Courier — Total unprofessionalism | |||
My parcel was stuck in hyd since 18 jun because of a COD (cash on delivery) error and none of the employees that i spk to took responsibility to solve it. Everyone i spk kept passing the responsibility to the Pune employees that they had not updated the system and trying to justify that that was the reason for delay. Inspite of my details with them, not one person called me clarify that there is a issue with this package (mode of paymnt), what should be done. I myself am chasing my order for it to be delivered. Some names from the company who are total unprofessional in what they are supposed to do....Santosh, Shameen, Kapil Rai. I called their office at 845 on 21 jun and the person attending calls just hung up on me. Later upon calling again she put the message on IVR that our working window is 9 am - 9 pm when the time was 845 pm. They are have shown a total lack of responsibility and unprofessional behaviour. Only person who said i will receive the shipment tom is Vishwas- will wait and watch. Was this information helpful? | |||
