I also made an order of Book on dated 03.10.2011 & they didnt dispatch the book -My exam is so near -Two times i Wrote to them & told my problem to customer care But they said you will soon be informed .

I am very amazed to see the service of famous publications -If you cant handle online shopping then close your portal .

I have also ordered GATE Tutor 2015 book (Order No. A84934) on Aug 21 and haven't received the book. The customer service phone number[protected] either it says busy or if somebody picks they hang it up. The email ([protected]@arihantbooks.com), they never answer. Somebody please help me get back my money (Rs 556/) and teach these cheaters a lesson.

I m very disapointed to see that there is wrong knowledge in these books. There is everything wrong in hp gk books that is written by mrs Ashok dhumal .i posted some photos of this book.how could i believe that its a accurate books.Nako lake is not in mandi and about revalsher also wrong.
