S/027918/2008 (ARMY) By Corrg PPO NO. S/ CORR/138226/2010 (ARMY) My pension start fef 01 jun 2008. My concern Record is Records (PBOR) AOC Records SECUNDERBAD. 2- I am drawing my Pension from Punjab National Bank Sec- "G" L.D.A. Colnoy Kanpur Road Lucknow .A/C No. [protected] . 3- Sir i am not getting my Correct Pension Arears of new pay and allowances. Pension arears varriation is lumsum Rs -46000/ (forty six thousand) . My husband's name is Late Rabindranath Bandyopadhyay.He expired on January 2018.
I have submitted all the necessary documents to record office and bank as well.
But it has been 4 months and I have neither received any paper stating my amount of pension nor any amount in my bank account.even o have submitted two copies of neft mandate form.

After expiry of my husband on 03/04/2017 I deposited all relevant papers to the pension paying bank (SBI – Gopalganj) (A/c No – [protected]) for starting of family pension.
The SBI Centralised Pension Processing Centre Patna has rejected my papers saying that my name is not endorsed in PPO.
I assure you that my name is already endorsed in the existing account and I was also withdrawing the amounts from the same account. I have also submitted one affidavit of my late husband his wife/dependents.
Kindly consider my application with sympathy and grant me/bank PPO to start my pension.
