Dear Sir,

I had booked a bus ticket from Makemytrip.com of Arrow travels for Pune-Indore ( journey date 07th March 2012) on 14th feb 2012.
The ticket was confirmed and then 14th Feb evening i got a call from arrow travels to cancel my ticket because they have canceled the bus.
But I checked on redbus.in the same bus of arrow travels (8:45 pm) its available there at 1200.
Is it correct that bus operator can increase the bus fare to more than double the normal fare.

Please take some action regarding this issue.. its not the first time it happens for every festive season.
