[Resolved]  Arrow Travels — Worst Service and Seat arrangement

My name is Prashant Prasad , i booked the ticket of ArrowTravels , for Pune to Sirdi ( Date [protected], Departure Timing at 11:20pm from Shastri nagar, Pune).
I have booked the seat using the redbus.in service and my seat which i booked was seat no-8.
I have arrived the boarding point before 20 min i.e at 11:00 pm made a call to the Arrow Travels about the status of the bus location they said that they will be reaching Shastri nagar in few minutes.
At 11:45 pm i again made a call asking them where is the bus currently , the conductor whose mobile no is [protected], replied that the bus is at Viman Nagar which was one stop ahead of my boarding point.
When i asked them why they had not stopped at Shastri Nagar, they said that they had taken another route to reach Viman Nagar, then i said they should at-least inform me , but they argued saying its customers duty to ask.
When i reached the Viman Nagar stop and boarded the bus, found that they have allocated the seat to some other person and the Conductor miss behaved with me saying that he cant give any other seat. I asked them that this is my seat he said he cant do any thing after a lot of argument he provided me the seat no 17, which was in critical condition, felt the jerks all through the travel this made my journey like a hell.

I want a severe punishment for them and wanted reimbursement.

Please help and take necessary action against them..
