[Resolved] Artha Health Care — Nobody is picking up the call to book a appointment | |
Artha Health Care is big and they are all useless people. I have paid Rs.2000/-, I have recieved one health coupon and card. From then no response from them. I am trying reach them they given number, I am getting msg likeall incoming calls are barred. This ridiculos. After taking the Rs.2000/- no response. Can we complaint against(FIR) them in the police station. Please some one help me out Was this information helpful? | |

I have been trying all the numbers from past one month...but its just a bull ...they only know to take money but dont know to give service...if i get the person who had given me this card i will really kill him his name is sarfarz. While giving this card the say all things but when it comes to perform they change there words? I would request all the people who are not happy with artha to go to their off n scrue them left right. Even I m trying from so many days. I think we should do something about this kind of fraud healthcare comapanies. We are in the early stage o[censored]sing healthcare in india. These kind of companies will give bad impression on healthcare process.
Artha Healthcare — healthcare no response after paying money
I am another victim. These people call and within 5 minutes they will engage you in tele-marketing loop.Artha healthcare has debited Rs. 2000.00 against a healthcare policy which I was made to subscribe
for against promised Rs 999.00, But after 2 minute the credit card details were asked and the executive on telephone said, i must have got it wrong it is Rs.1999.00.
Above all it was in first week of August 2008, and I still awaiting for the health card and coupon to reach me. These people are not etertaining any calls. They are cheaters.
I adovate, let's take this matter to comsumer court.

Artha People are doing all fraud bussiness. They directly deducted money from my credit card for second year. I asked them not to do so still they have done. I want to give complaint about them. b coz of them I m going to reject my credit card.
For nearly 6 months, they had barred all incoming calls. I wanted their attention badly in Nov '08. But efforts in vain. Artha SHOULD extend the expiration date of the membership, atleast by 3 mos., if they have some business ethics. It is more or less evident that the previous management made quick money n ran away and the new management is teeter- tottering! They do not even call the doctors thesedays re: appointments. The new management is infact, looking for new members, and dont seem to care about old members who do not renew membership.

After that he said he is having my card no and he will deduct the renewal amount from the CC. i told it cannot be done. Good for me my CC is closed. :)

I[censored] get any calls from Artha blast them nicely, I know about Artha Very Well as i was an Ex-employee of Artha now persuing my M.B.A.. its a big fraud company.They cheat people and make money out of it.LIke at the end of every month they make calls to customers and tell them that they can avail lots of benefits if thy reg 2day or tomorrow as its artha's anniversary offer.but every thing is rubbish, thy just want to reach their targets.Abdul is a big cheat.
and Lidia (who claims 2 b the H.R of Artha)is a , she should b ashamed of being a girl.
like i had a colleague he was suffering a lot bcoz of his family and financial problem, it was his first month in Artha, like he had many commitments(his father had expired recently, he had to look after his family)he was working hard in Artha to fulfill his commitments, he worked hard 2 fill his stomach.But later at the end of the month on the salary day thy dint pay him the salary telling that he had done only 2 sales.like he started 2 cry later after seeing this i quit the job, i dont know wat happend to the poor guyThe working environment n the employees of Artha are everyone over their claims to be the floor manager of Artha .Please i[censored] receive the call frm Artha just blast them nicely.They are big Frauds.The people who Are already the members of artha if you have any problem please complain to the consumer court or else many people will become the victims of Artha.(especially senior citizens and poor people who work hard to earn the money for their livelihood become the victim of Artha)..

I have been a member of artha for the last 3 yrs, they have given a good service, offlate they are trying to avoid on Travel bookings, i still have to get a confirmation from them. Hope they will do the needful. Murali

even i have experienced the same response them when i called them. When i called the no.67678484 in march-13 they told after 15th April only they will give appointment but now i am trying the same no.but the response is the no. is out of service.
This is a big bull company.
