hey ppl why don'nt u provide ur registration no.of the said projects asper guided by mr hemant, giv it to him and wait and watch what is he doing.

I am completly disagree with you, I am working in the same Company since 2006 & I know that We deliver the plots at Arun dev City Haridwar since last two-three years & more than 500 registries we already has made.

Whatever, some one has misguide you, there is no problum at the said project land such as you discussed that land is still is in the name of farmer & we do not have provide you khasra number.. first of all please give me your complete information of your registration number, your name & payment made by you at "[protected]@arundevbuilders.net".

& discuss your problum with me at [protected], I ll assure you that your problum will be resolved soon & please do not make any blogs like that without giving your complete details

We found that some people make a false rumours & disturb our valuable clientage.

You may be one of the benefactors of that fraudulent money they are making or the owner himself.

I have taken my money back in cheque and that cheque bounced 3 times and i am running pilllar to post throwing away my hard earned money.The curse of people will always be with you and your family.I am going to court for my money.Please dont trust these cheaters and you should spread this word.I have seen many people in front of their office who had return cheques in their hand.I dont know Hemant Rana, but one Nikhil who told I am the son of the owner of that company who was very tactical but fraudulant altogether by looks.

Please dont give any more money.And i am sure that u are not going to get back what u paid.U may get a bouncing cheque instead.

I am agreeing with the entire dispute & I am sure Arun dev Builder are the fraud.
I have booked a flat in Bhiwari in 2008. But still no sign of construction. The land is still with the farmer but they keep promising about the construction is going on I have visit the site but no sign of construction only a bit of sample flat has been made in a year back.

In the registry of Haridwar, That is sign by Farmer also. In case they own the Land, why farmer need to sign. Rate in the registry is lesser then paid amount.

They also charge more then double money of stamp papers.

They demand original payment receipt back after Registry. If there is no issue, why they demand back original receipts.

now they have changed the original layout plan and are not giving plots in A block booked originally. They are telling these plots are now reserved for promotors. We have given higher prices and ptime location cgharges etc. now they are telling us to take plot in the rear side ( away from Road).
Also, the entire area is in the flood zone of the seasonal river. they have cheated the entire public.

After Reading the above blogs, i have handed over my money to fraud people in 2007 in the name of flat in bhiwadi, but now on asking about the promise, there way of talking is ridiculous.
No body should go nearby Arun Dev Builders ltd.
Now a days they have chaged there name to PBNK Developers (the same people)
I think a Fraud / 420 complaint must be launched against directors of the company (Manoj Bhardwaj, Neena Bhardwaj, Praveen Bhardwaj, Nikhil Sharma, Ashok Sharma etc) If they do not refund the money (with interest & with respect)

I have booked two flats in arundev builder's bhiwadi projects and after some time the same projects is stopped. They are give add in newspapers for refund of our amounts which I have paid. I have submitted documents for refund in 2012, but still I am not received my amounts

we had done almost 1100 registries of that site how could u said this, u r just blaming d company, nothing else.

hi i am radhey shyam my contact number is this [protected] i booked two flat in 2007 in mandawar (haridwar) but no work no nothing then i said for return my money they told me deposit all slip as they gave to me and bank statement of cheque that i gave to him .so i return all paper and slip as i got from arun dev builder but they told me they will send cheque with in 6 months but now 10 months already finished if i call to okhla or CR park office they dont answer otherwise they use odd language .arun dev is fraud and he is making fool to us guys we should call media and bring his face in front of public without being togather we cat do anything so come and give me hand then we will make rally and call the police

Dear, I have read all above comments, I am a local resident of nearby ADVL Bhiwadi project and I purchased five flats (including my relatives) in the year 2008, but there is only a building of sample flat was constructed during the year 2008-09, now there is nobody lives. To resolve my problem I had met with their representatives at CR Park/Okhla Office in June 2012 but no positive reply was given by them. After all I had knocked the door of consumer court Alwar (Raj) in the year July 2012 and decision has been given by Hon'ble court in our favour on 05th Aug' 2013 that the paid amount with 9% interest alongwith court expenses i.e. Rs. 5000/- will be paid to me within 30 days from the date of issuing court order. If they fails to do so, they will be paid the paid amount with 18% interest and Rs. 5000/- as court expenses. When nobody has contacted me in the given time limit I have again appealed on 19th Sept' 2013 to the Hon'ble court as Contempt of Court order. Thus now we can hope for a positive result. Dear Sufferers

We are also one of the sufferers of harassment in the hands of Arun Dev Builders i had booked a plot in Dev city Bhiwadi in 2008 and as on date paid 90 %payment of the total cost but since I was not in Delhi have been paying my dues from Chennai for the last 4 years and was not aware of the Fraud being created by Arun Dev builders.

I visited their CR park office many times since last 4 month when I cam to know of the fraud i am in a fix and depressed, I am ready to join hands with other allotees and file a case against the builder.

Know they have verbally advised me not to pay the balance instalments since they are unable to offer us flats immediately and hence when they would allot the plot they shall call for balance money.

Please join hands to fight for the common cause since it is our hard earned money.
