[Resolved] Arun Dev Builders Ltd. — Not Refund of Cancellation Amount | |||
This is very bad experience for me & the trust I have made on ARUN DEV BUILDERS LTD CR park & Okhla PH-1 New delhi, in the beginning 2006 even after paying timely EMI's for 4 years I didn’t got the Flat which I booked in Mandhawar Rookee as no proper construction was there, & even after done the cancelation 2010 still not received full amount. No payment even no interest or late payment they are paying. How I can get my balance money back from them with late payment penalty or interest, is there any procedure to get file strong complaints against these people who are basically giving mental & financial trouble to customers.
