It is observed that I am due for the following :-
(a) 5 months pay (21270(New)-13262 (old pay)x5 = 40040
(b) 300 days Leave Encashment[protected]x10= 80080
(c) Transfer Grant[protected] = 10575
Total = 130695/-
I have received only Rs 90150/[protected]% and 18042-60%) on account of arrears of 6th pay CPC. I think calculation of arrears is incorrect. Please reconcile the same and dues to me be forwarded at the earliest.I am also not receiving my pension. All JCOs are getting more pension rather than me. Hence my pension may please be recalculated and issue necessary instructions to CDA(P).

My Correngendum PPO No S/Corr212327/2009(Army). At present I am getting Rs. 9573/-Pension per month whereas other JCOs of my group are taking more pension. I was getting more pension without implementing 6th pay CPC. I got benefit of Rs. 173/- after adjusting the benefits of 6th pay CPC. Other JCOs are getting pension approx 13000/- per month.

1. I, JC-640770M Ex SM-Hony Capt Awadhesh Kumar Singh retired on 30 Nov 2009 (AN). At the time of retirement, I had received the PPO No S/029947/2009 (Army) dated 04 Sep 2009 for the rank of SM-Hony Lt and pensionery benefits were given accordingly. However, there was some mis-calculation at the end of ASC Records/PAO (OR) which resulted in issuing of three more corrigendums but ASC Records/PAO(OR) had not taken into account grade of SM-Hony Capt @ Rs 6100/- pm while calculating the pensionery benefits. Amount credited in my account as arrears of pension is Rs 30876.00 and amount deducted from my pension against the above arears is Rs 35550.00 approximately. I would like to mention below the difference of pension:-

(a) 18320+5400+6000 =29720x50%=14860 and pension after commutation
Rs 7430/- (original PPO)

(b) 19040+5400+6000=30440x50%=15220 and pension after commutation
Rs 7610.00 (PPO No S/CORR/025061/2010 (Army) dt 22 Apr 2010.

(c) 18290+6100+6000=30390x50%15195 and pension after commutation
Rs 7600.00 by rounding of (Actual pension entitled to me).

2. In this connection please refer to my letter No 640770/AKS/Pen dt 27 Jun 2011 and PCDA (P), Draupadi Ghat, Allahabad letter No EDP/CORR/19/80/ASC dt
03 Jun 2011.

3. In view of the above, I request you to issue my amended PPO at the earliest and extra amount deducted from my pension be refunded at the earliest.

I am fetching monetory loss of MSP benefits and my office is unable to amend the pay fixation data for want of incorrporation of MSP (i.e. Rs 2000) in my LPC.

With reference to my PPO No. S/020598/2007 dated 03 April 2007 and Para 10 of Annexure-1, Part-A of The Gazette of India-Extraordinary Part-1, Section-3 dated 30 August 2008 – Regarding Assured Career Progression for PBOR, I take this opportunity to write down the following few lines for your kind perusal and favourable action please.

I was enrolled in the Indian Army (Army Service Corps) on 17 Mar 1987 as a recruit clerk. After passing my Basic and Technical training I was posted to HQ 31 infantry Brigade. After passing my graduation I appeared in Direct Entry Havildar Clerk Examination on 23 Dec 1990 at BRO Jamnagar and got selected. I picked up my rank of Havildar w.e.f. 26 Mar 1991 the date of my upgradation to Cat-A.

I have put in 20 years 02 Months and 15 days unblemished service in the Army and also awarded COAS’ Commendation Card on Army Day 2007 before I discharged on medical grounds on 31 May 2007 (AN). Out of which I remain on one rank of Havildar for 16 years 02 months and 05 days without any financial upgradation.

As per the resolution No. 1(E) (i) of the ibid Gazette Notification the benefits of the 6th CPC is effective w.e.f. 01 Jan 2006. As per Para 10 of Annexure-1, Part-A of The Gazette of India-Extraordinary Part-1, Section-3 dated 30 August 2008 the 3 ACP for PBOR in the Defence stands approved. In my case I remain on one rank for more than 16 years and thus entitled for benefits of Assured Career Progression.

In view of the above, you are earnestly requested to look into the matter sympathetically and use your good offices to get my benefits released at an early date.

My submission is that those who retired with me as Hony Lt got credited their revised pension wef 24 Sep 2012 and credited arrears/ revised pension in the bank acct during July 2013. In my case I have neither received any PPO nor credited the arrears or revised pension w.e.f. 24 Sep 2012 and pension has also not been increased. There may be some laps in the ASC (S) Records office. As I have issued one letter asking all this on 01 Oct 2013 and again a reminder on 31 Oct 2013 but I have not received any reply.

During my reserve period (1966 to 1976) I was recalled for Bangladesh war from Dec 1971 to Mar 1972.

My friend Mr. P. Babu Rao No.6587899 (ASC-MT) served just like me (10+10=20 years both Regular and Reservist) is currently drawing a monthly pension of Rs.18, 000/- plus. He was discharged in 1974. He is drawing his monthly pension through Syndicate Bank, Shah-ali-Banda branch, Hyderabad.
