asha305 - head phone audio not warkin

I am pankaj kumar I have purchased a new asha 305 on 14/08/2012 (IEMI NO. 353673057610963 and PRODUCT CODE- 059P553 ) and now creating problem incoming wits an head phone audio not working then I am going to nokia care then warranty rejected then asked from nokia care then told to me that this phone repairing only pad basics I wheel not repairing your phone under warranty when I asked from nokia care why rejected warranty then not any responses
I requested to you that plz provide warranty my phone
