[Resolved]  Ashu Gas Service — NO RESPONSE

Dear Sir,

MY GAS CYLINDER NO. AB-18442, agency name of ASHU GAS SERVICE, RAJORI GARDEN, whenever i booking the gas to go their no response in their staff, she telling very bad, with remarks the time is over you come tomorrow, and no one gives response to tele calls, this is general complaint of all coustomers

Kindly advise the dealer for proper behaviour with coustomers and do not give avertive reply and register bookings immediately on the spot and supply made timely.

I am trying to book my cylinder but no one picks phone in their office i am facing lot of problem due to that.
hi i m harzeet n my cust num ab -05167 whenever we try to call thay don;t pick a call n by mistake if they pick we try to loadge a booking over the phone their customer support grl speaks so badly so arrogantly n rubbishly like they have no manners to speak with the cust it's seems lyk a we talking with so illitrate persons over there welll plx sought out this prob cox this is not abt me it's realated to all cust cox plx take a some steps
My consumer id is AB17976 in Rajouri Garden, problem with gas leakage, no one is responding to the phone and its a critical issue. Need some help. HELP us with this irritated service
My self consumer of Indane and Ashu gas service is not responding on phone as we are facing problem regarding leakage of gas. Its really very frustrated service.please help in the same.

My Gas Cylinder No. AB. 17976, residence at Shivaji Vihar, our agency name is Ashu Gas Service, Rajori Garden, whenever, we booking the gas to go their no response in their staff, (two female staff) she telling, time is over, come tomorrow etc. very bad, and no one gives response to telephone calls, nobody is taking the telephone 10 am to 5.30 pm, this is general complaint of all customers. All customers are Puzzle. All customers are not satisfied.

Kindly advise the dealer for proper behavior with customers and do not give avertive reply and register bookings immediately on the spot and supply made timely. This is for our request sir.
Note:--If services are there on phone than why no one is not picking the phone

ASHU GAS SERVICE — Not picking the phone

This gas service is not picking the phone any day when we have to book either for cylinder or if there is some issue with the product. Its the experience of 2 years, not a single time they have picked the phone for any of the complaints. I have also saw when went personally for the complaints. Two ladies don't even look when the phone rangs, they are just gossiping with themselves.

ASHU GAS SERVICE (AGS) Is one of the worst gas booking agency. On 17-jun-2010 I personally visited AGS to book gas refilling. The girl (employee) neglected and advised me to book the gas either through telephone and internet. Thus I have booked gas on 17-Jun-2010. As the considerable time has passed and I have complained over[protected] I am still awaiting delivery of the gas refill. PLEASE HELP ME.
Your staff Sadarji is very bad man. he behavour just dog . he is very very bad man and he touck for costumer very poor laungauge. Sadar ji Tum sudhar jao.

Ashu gas — non supply of gas and non picking of phone calls

I have booked for a refill cylinder at Ashu Gas Agencies, Rajouri garden, New delhi (Indane Gas Agency) on 15.01.2011. But, till today (2.02.2011) they have not supplied the refill cylinder. When I am asking the enquiry counter about the delay, they simply say there is no supply of load from the Indian Oil Corporation. As I am having a single cylinder connection, it is very difficult to face the cooking needs. Moreover, they were not book for the additional cylinder connection.It's our request please.. . Our consumer number is 16883 and the phone number of agency is 25436130.
Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful please.
