noodles making machine can not be working

HELOO SIR... I M LALIT MAHENDRU....I M PURCHASE NOODLES MAKING MACHINE FROM ASIAN POWER CYCLOPES FROM DEHRADUN... BUT MACHINE CAN NOT BE WORKING.... SO PLS HELP ME SIR... OWNER OF ASIAN POWER CYCLOPES CAN NOT BE LISTEN MY COMPLAINTS.......HE SAID THIS IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY.....

Dear Sirs

Mr. lalit Mahendru never made a payment for the said machine he paid some advance and take the delivery of machine and said the machines are financed by Syndicate bank and the bank will release the amount after verifying the machine and on good faith we deliver the machine and when we demand the balance amount he refused to pay and the notice send to him was returned undelivered with the comment refused by sender. We have registered a cheating case against him in Dehradun court. Since he havent make the payment nor he is having the Bill for the machine its totally unfair to claim as owner of machine and has no right to
blame us like this. Our machines are excellent in working. Since to avoid making balance amount he use unfair tactice. Kindly ask to produce the bill first and if he is not the owner of machine he has no right to claim as we are not giving service. We once again request through you sir to kindly advise him to make balance payment or produce bill for the said machine he is claiming we will immediately attend to it. If he doesnot have the bill kindly advise him to make the payment first and immediately if there is any problem we will see to it. But its totaly unfair to claim false.
