[Resolved] Asianet Cable TV — unsatisfactory performance and poor response | |||
I have long subscription for Asianet Cable TV. it will fortunately expire end of this year. It has been nothing but harassment so far with the company who never bother to heed to complaints.One of the line staff even misbehaved over phone. The customer service may not come on phone or even if they come it is only questions and no response in quick time. It is sad to see such companies in India especially in modern times. They are cheating consumers. For the last one week I am getting either no signal or broken signals. Can't get even the customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
