[Resolved]  Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd — Asianet digital set top box

From 31st May our asianet cable connection is not working. We had complainted on 02.06.08. The complaint no is 6/5108. First we contacted in the Phone no[protected]. Daily we are complainting two three times. They always says they will attend our complaint nowitself. But no response from them. From last friday they gave us another no[protected]. They also said they will send people today itself. But noone came until this time From 31st May atleast 20 times we contacted in the complaint no. But no use.

We are an old customer of you. For last 15 years we are using this facility. We have paid one year subscription in advance.

i have to submit some complaints about programes on asinet plus so please give our site which accept that complaint

Even we are facing the same problem as poster of this since we have bought this Asianet Set Top box. Most of the times the channels are disconnected and when we call them they come up with the some pathetic stories.Also when we call these Asianet guys, we have to tell the complaint number, home address etc etc to those guys each and every time...What CRAP IS this...Cant these guys just take the complaint number and try to resolve the issue...

i am asianet dataline subscriber, i vacate the the quarters 74.a railway colany, thampanoor tvm. and i occupied the quarters 92.b, railway quarters, opposite thampanoor poilce station.tampanoor tvm, kindly i request for changing the asianet internet from quarters no:74 a to 92.b

Your Repair & Service personnel at Kozhikode Office had not yet responded to our complaint No.680 made on 12/04/09 & this day till this time-11am, in spite of our rpeated calls at 30 minutes intervals over Ph.2721005. Interruptions of Certain Channels are now a regular phenominon. I may also point out that your customer service is deteriorating.
I am a Customer of Asianet for about 10 Years. If you continue this type of irresponsible behaviour we will be constrained to switch over to other Cable Connection.s

Iam a regular viewer of Asianet.I really regret to say the standard of Asianet have degraded a lot compared to olden times. I haven't found any email Id to post this complaint to Asianet.Earlier there was a program which involved reading mails containing viewer's opinions...
Coming to my complaints ..My complaint is about the cinemas played on asianet..saturdays and sundays are unbearable...there is a certain list of cinemas and asianet plays only from that lot..i[censored] ask me the cinema names i can tell it byheart...please consider the viewers..Its a request...

This is about the Internet connection failure. It happened last week. I informed the Customer Support Office on 19th Sept 2009. They said they have moved the complaint to the local Asianet Office. They said they will fix the issue that day itself. That didnt happen. I had called them atleast 10 20 times. The answer was same. they didnt come the next day also. I got a message on last wednesday saying the issue has been fixed on 23 sep 2009.. When i checked the connection today(27 sep 2009), its down again. called the customer support office again and as usual they day the issue will be fixed today. today i called them 10 20 times...I called the local office and the guy there said its sunday and we will try to come..
Again about the issue: It happened when they repaired some other issue in my place.
Dont you people give any priority for the complaints... and i dont think this issue will be fixed in the coming days. as well.. This connection is good when it works. but the thing is it will be out of order most of the time...
Sir pls give some respect to the customers and the money we are paying...there are atleast 1000 complaints in our area and u have got one truck to go to all the places. And dont you have any authorized person who verifies whether the complaints are considered in time.

I am residing near health centre, pangappara, Trivandrum. Your Office is nearby. Everyday the auto drivers who was engaged to rectify complaints gather your office premises and used to drunk the side portion of the building and making huge voices of dirty languages. The nearby residers very arrogant and our children even properly concentrate to their studies. Your channel is keeping high standards and values but your offices and their colleagues are doing just opposite to your vision, values and attitudes. Kindly rectify the mistake as early otherwise our Residents Associations and others will take up the issue.
