[Resolved]  Aspire Software Consultancy — Faking To join the company with bond and after few months no Salary

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Hi friends, I have joined this company and worked there for few months. They use to sign 2 years of bond and have many different types of negotiations and additional bonds after joining, where they want huge total of 2.5 lacs of money if you break the bond. And the salesforce guy who owns the salesforce part of the company, he is very cheap and he won't give a single penny until you get trapped in his collection of bonds. He wants employees to work for him for free and pauses salary of employee whenever he wants, and asks employees to work for overnight. He use to give you task whenever you are about to leave for home after completing a whole task and working hours, and will say you to stay and do the task. And will give nothing for your good work. He was working in some big company before but I think there they abused him a lot that's why he opened a company for his own and now he abuses his employee by not giving them their salary for what they have worked for and even take extra work from them.
For freshers my advice is don't go for this company as they won;t pay anything and you will come in trouble when you won't get salary and have no money from your house also. And freshers can join if they only want experience but no salary.
And experience guys plz don't come under pressure and be agree to work in less package there, bcoz he have lots of money to give but will not give you and tries to hire experience guys in as less as possible. So rate your package as high as possible, bcoz after joining he will give you lots of work as there are very less number of trapped guys are there working in salesforce and when you join they will through all their loads on you. So experience guys plz join only when getting highest possible salary according to your eligibility and ready to work for others rather than building your own career.

I left the company and saved myself and requesting everyone to join this company if they only want experience not salary. Thanks.

Based on my experience in Aspire, the things written above are wrong. Till date, I haven't heard of a single case where ASC has delayed salary, forget pausing or stopping salary. They do pause salary when you resign, but that is common practice in IT and many big companies also do it. All your dues are paid at the end of your notice period. Event IBM paid your pending dues after you are relieved. And if you cheat any company, and still expect the company to pay you salary, you are a fool.

I joined Aspire as fresher and they have provided highly qualitative training on latest technology. That kind of training is not possible in any training institute. Here they provide us training, and still pay the salary. Honestly, when I joined the company, I had no idea how to start programming. They given all trainings and made me a programmer.

I have also friends in ASC who have signed agreement for 2 or 3 years, but they are happy. ASC never forces anybody to sign agreement. Candidates sign agreement based on their wish. There are many candidates who misuse the training provided them, and run away after they get the knowledge. So, if you are honest, they you can also think, why to give training free? Just to get cheated by candidates like the one who wrote comment above?

There are many freshers to whom Aspire has provided job when they were completely jobless. But some of those also cheated the company and ran away after getting knowledge from training.

Salary-wise this company pays good salary to experienced people. But for fresheres the salary is totally dependent on their performance.

So, if you are jobless and want to build bright career, this company is a good start. The salary to freshers is average, but if you perform well, then salary is not an issue.
This coolgirlblr seems like HR or bakul's wife .
Hi all, This is Jeyanth. I am currently working in the web development team of Aspire Software Consultancy. I came with 1.5 years of experience when I joined the company. They offered the package that I asked for and they have been supportive in all areas. We are getting salary on time. When it comes to the topic of working over-hours, it does happen sometimes depending upon the project and deadlines.
My name is Raj, and I have been working in Aspire Software consultancy for nearly four years now. I was not asked to sign any bond. Plus, I have been receiving my salary on time, consistently for the last four years.
