[Resolved]  Asus — Bad Service Support

Hi All,

I am owning ASUS laptop and in between motherboard was not working of that laptop. We filled complaint against that after 15 days we receive our laptop. Again some sound was coming from laptop again it took 5 days to solve the issue.

After resolving previous problem they are generating new issues in laptop. Now my laptop screen is not working properly and when I am saying to replace that they are not giving any solution for that.

Almost 28 days have been passed away and still my laptop issue is not resolved.

I can say worst service I have experienced in my career by ASUS.

So buddy avoid purchasing ASUS products.

I have attached trail of the issue discussed with the head office delhi of the ASUS but they are also helpless. Please see below issue trail :

Dear Sir,

I am facing many problem in my notebook. I was facing some issues like auto shutdown and DVD drive auto eject. That time I called to customer care and lock a complain 8857730, engineer come to check the issue, he said motherboard need to be replaced and it will take 7 to 10 working days. After 7 days I went to service center for replacing motherboard, then motherboard was replaced. But when I start working again a sound was coming out from the laptop and I check both USB ports are not working as well as shutdown problem was still persist.

Between all this working process there are near about 10 days has been spent. My all work is suffering due to these fault. I really need to replace my Notebook.

I shall be thankful to you, Please do this ASAP.
