Asus — service

Dear Sir
My name is Gobind kr. Sharma. On[protected] I have given my motherboard of ASUS Company to their authorized service center at guwahati for repairing, it is in warranty period. They have told me that the problem will not solve at Guwahati it will sent to Bangalore to solve the problem and it will take one week to solve come from Bangalore. I had call them after one week to know the status of the board but they told me that your board is not yet come and it will take one week more to correct the problem and came at guwahati. When they told me like this I was say ok, but when I call them after two weeks latter they told me the same statement then I asked any phone no. or E mail id of Bangalore service center to know the status but they were not given me any no. or id . Now it is twenty days over but still I have not get my motherboard back. When I give the board to the center they give me one material receipt in which they give

i bought your asus laptop computer at singapore, this is not finish one month also but now speaker not working now. where i can service in india

I having A Asus Note Book X553M Model Purchased in January 2015
Since I Purchase Notbook Getting Mistakes again again.
Am very Disappoint with The Product asus note book X553M Its Problem Again and Again Happening Since i purchased the Product .

1. Main Mother Board Problem - Case ID- A[protected] ( Onsite Provided)

2. Key Board Problem - Case ID -A[protected] ( Onsite Rejected) 

3. Again Key Board Problem - Case ID -A[protected] ( Request Pending For Approval)

They Didn't Response yet since Two Weeks ..and Not Provide Services in Bikaner Rajasthan

Keyboard and Lan card issue.

Asus is providing very bad Costumer Care services. He will take care take your

duplicate or bad display of my asus zenfone4

Corning display is damage free and scratchless but my phone display is damaged.i brought the phone before 74 days .i need replacement or service
