Dear Asus Team, This is really very disappointing for kind of after sales service i am getting from your customer service.I bought E pc from ASUS in the month of feb 2013 and submitted to ASUS service center for repair related issue on 26/08/2013 but the service response is quite pathetic. The person from service centre told me that they don't know how much time it will take to deliver my laptop in a running condition also gave me one number [protected] which i am keep on trying but not getting connect after waiting for 15 or more than that line get disconnect ...feeling really very helpless and wring with a hope that i will get some response from your team.
