I was in receipt of ATM card in the month of Jan., 09.I contected my bank but they were in not receipt of PIN NO. During this I have lost/misplace the envelope of ATM card. The ATM card was issued agt. my SB Account No. [protected] with SBI Malviya Nagar, jaipur, Now you are requested to kindly cancell the ATM card issued earlier and issue a new ATM Card at your earliest and inform me accordingly.
