rufund faultly deducted amount on atm

dear
sir, my complain is that i am sumanta kumar das, having a/c number 30453174988 .on 10-08-09, i tried to withdraw money, but that indicated unable to process, when next day i checked, rs400 hadbeen deducteddeducted .so please tell me how to refund this mis transaction
