sir

yesterday on 25/1/10 I have lodged a complaint regarding non-receipt of money during my ATM transaction. However, I not received any reply. my ATM card No is 6220181056800018914 dated Jul 2009 of SBI Naval Base Kochi. Kindly reconcile
