[Resolved] AUCTUS ENERGY SOLUTIONS — VERY WORST COMPANY &CHEATING EMPLOYEES | |||
AUCTUS ENERGY SOLUTION PVT LTD (MD is Sridharanmurthy and the Marketting by RC Jain) in Shakanagar, Bangalore and the LED Products which were released by AUCTUS ENERGY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD are not properly validated or tested as per the Standards. They don't have any facillities to validate their products. If you wish to procure any LED based lighting from AUCTUS, please get some test reports or product validation from the AUCTUS. This is particularly advertised for the USERS who should not get cheated by them. It is highly advised not to take any employment in that company and pls don't spoil your career. Even if you want to take, you pls enquire the company status and its growth. They have only 4 employees in that company and all of them are not yet been paid and they are about to approach to the consumer court on their salary. The MD (Sridharanmurthy) who is running this company has 2 police complaints(in Yelahanka and in kadukodi) for his bad activities. Please think a lot if you talk about AUCTUS ENERGY SOLUTION PVT LTD. Not a bad company
The statement provided by Praveen is ABSOLUTELY TRUE and none can disagree that. He joined in Auctus as Business Executive and he resigned from Auctus within 15 days after realizing the bad performance about the company. I'm Arun R and I worked in AUCTUS for only 2months. I joined in 15Dec2009 and I came out of that company on 17Feb2010. It was my very very bad time and so far I've not received even 1Rupees as salary. Mr.Sreetharanmurthy is running this company in the name of Auctus. I can somehow tolerate for not giving me the salary, but he has cheated me a lot, I gave him my net cash of around Rs70, 000 at the time of emergency along with my Gold Ring that costs around Rs10, 000/- But so far, he has given me Rs40, 000/- Still he has to give me Rs30K+10K Ring for my ring + Rs41.2K(my salary as per his offer letter) and as total he has to give me Rs81.2K along with the interest.
To know the truth, anyone can go directly to that address and verify.

Mr Sreetharan Murthy what he calls himself as MD of auctus energy solutions pvt ltd is no 1 fraud person.He will never give salaries to employees on time. Whenever the salary issue comes he simply delays by telling I will give you tomorrow, day after by creating some baseless stories. As you know guys tomorrow never comes.His idea is only to take work from people and not to pay them. He will hire people every now and then.because no one will work there more than 3 months.He will make us to work for 3 to 4 months without giving us salaries.
And coming to LEDs part, I suggest clients not to purchase any LED light from this company.He doesn't have any guarantee from the company who supplies LEDs to him.I[censored] really want to purchase LEDs u please ask him LED warranty card and datasheet.He doesn't have the datasheet for the LEDs he is using.Be careful while u r going for Auctus LED lightings.If you want to know more about this you can go and consult KPTCL ( Cauvery Bhavan ) which was one of the clients of Auctus Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd.Later on they also stepped out after knowing the true colors of this company.
Guys, now let me introduce myself to u all. I am Jitesh S who was working in Auctus for more than 5 months.I feel very sad to say this even I was one of the victims of this fraud company.I was not being paid for 3 months.Later on I took help of some people to get my salary.So I suggest to all jobseekers not to join auctus energy solutions pvt ltd even in your dreams.and also to all users who want to purchase LED, don't go to auctus.

i totally disagree the words are coments given by the person, if so why the company is working very fine with more than 25 to 30 employees and piaid the salary in time. all ways every company has ups and downs but it is not true, some one who wants to spoil to reputation of the company has done it.

Today i happened to see one complaint on google about the company i had been working for more than 6 months that there are only 4 employees and none is being paid salary. It looks some mischievous propaganda is being carried out against our company by the vested interests
There are more than 10 employees working happily as the management is taking proper care of all their needs. The salaries are paid, advances are given whenever required.We all are working satisfactorily for the company and its cause.Many more are eager to join the company as it is growing now.
In the interest of the company, we all employees request the so called complainant to desist from such a mischief and mind his/her own business.
