AIR AND NOISE POLLUTION

Hi,
I am from Kurukshetra.The city is very peaceful and possesses goog transportation service.But the worst thing is the autos that blow out black smoke.They are causing lot of noise and air pollution.Its really getting tough to live there.No-body has found to restrict them.Please take necesary actions not to stop them but to stop them polluting the environment.
