I had purchased "Monalisa Fresh Water Pears" from AVA on 25/5/2008 at 2:30PM through credit card. I got the delivery on 02/06/2008. In the package I recieved only pearl set and the watch was missing. I immidiately logged a complaint over the phone in AVA customer care. (Name of the executive: Ms. Esther, 02/06/2008 at 2:02PM). She replied me saying that the watch will reach in next 1 week and when I asked her to give me a complaint number, she said that she doesnt have that but she will enter it in her computer. I havent recieved anything till date (28/06/2008). In the due course, I called them several times and even sent written complaints through email but all in vein. I am very disheartened as it was a gift for my mother on her wedding anniversary and want you to take immidiate action. Please note the following details:
