I (Nanaji) booked PVR cinema tickets for 3 persons for ROBOT(U) telugu movie on 16.10.2010 through internet banking, the money transfer from SBI account as given below:

Still i did not get money back from Avenues India pvt.Ltd. This is very bad process and remarks goes to PVR only why because the customer is not interested and not believable.

Dear sir,

I booked one holiday voucher on last year through india today book club. But cancel the voucher on feb'2010. They are also accept the same.

They are cheated two booking through tele marketing.

I was trying to book tickets from PVR site on 22th Dec and everything was done, payment and all.
But suddenly system showed transaction failed error, which was "Transaction failed, amount will be refunded"
But till now i am waiting for my refund.

I had tried to recharge my airtel mobile no. [protected] .The amount of Rs.32.00 & 52.00 was debited from my SBI Account no.[protected], but was not credited to my mobile. Even I had filed a complaint of it, and I was told that the amount will be reflected back in my account within two business days, but it has been a week and I haven't yet received back the money in my account. Kindly, file my complaint and help me getting back the money as soon as possible.
